There are two Basic Heads to choose from. While both are made exactly the same, one has an 800ws Flashtube in it and the other has a 2400ws Flashtube. The Tube is easily exchanged so we only recommend the 2400ws Head when you know that you will exceed the 800ws limitation of the normal Flashtube. The price difference between the Heads is just the different Flashtube.

All Basic Heads have a Modeling Light and Test Fire Button with Dual Sync connections (USA and European types). All have the removable two position Reflector and include two diffusers and a snoot.Ê Both have dual 1/4-20 threaded mounts and a metal frame.

The Head Cable is always sold separately and is available in four common styles: 5 foot straight HCST, 3-7 foot coiled HCCD, 10 foot straight HC10 and 20 foot straight HC20.
